1. Return Policy

Do we accept returns?



Eligibility for Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions apply, including personalized, customized, or perishable products.

Preferred Return Method:

The preferred method for returning our items is By mail.

Return Label: 

Included in the package If you can't find a return label, contact the store's customer service. They should be able to send you one.

Condition of Returns:
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we may not be able to accept the return unless the product is defective.

Non-returnable Items:
Certain products are non-returnable. These include:

Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Custom or personalized items

Items that have been installed or modified

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@homeindustrial.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Restocking Fee: 

No fees for returning items in original condition.

Free return shipping.

Full refunds issued to your payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

After receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for opened or used items if they are returned in a condition that is not in compliance with our return policy.

Product Condition: We Accept only New Products for Refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card company. There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
