Return Process
To start a return or exchange, contact us at sales@homeandindustrial.co.uk with your order number and reason.
We’ll provide a return authorisation and mailing address. Please return items by mail only after receiving authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

Returned in original packaging with all accessories

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice)

Return Time
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Cost
If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we cover return shipping costs.

For a change of mind or other reasons, the customer pays return postage.
