Return Process

To start a return or exchange, contact us at sales@homeandindustrial.co.uk with your order number and reason.
We’ll provide a return authorization and mailing address. Please return items by mail only after receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging with all accessories

• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice)

Return Time

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Cost

• If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we cover return shipping costs.

• For change of mind or other reasons, the customer pays return postage.
  We recommend tracked and insured mailing.

• Return label is Included in the package.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply. All valid returns are refunded in full, minus any return shipping costs if applicable.

Specific Scenarios

Wrong Order

Notify us within 48 hours if you receive an incorrect item. We’ll arrange free return shipping by mail and send the correct product.

Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. Contact us with your order details to initiate a mail return and exchange.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
